The Curly Dilemma
I am giving a call out to all my fellow wavy and curly haired women. And I am letting you know that you are not alone. My hair gets frizzy and huge in the humidity too. Luckily, there are solutions! Not only do we have fabulous stylists here at Citrine Salon who understand curly hair and how to cut it well but we have amazing products that can help tame the frizz. I personally like the Bumble and Bumble Definig Creme after shower product to give my curls hold while at the same time not making them stiff. Summer Is Kicking Off At Citrine
The month of May at Citrine has been quite eventful and exciting! We have welcomed a number of new members to our staff. Two of the new staffers are veteran stylists from New York City and are thrilled to be working at Citrine. Citrine is also pleased to welcome two new receptionists, Katherine and yours truly. As many of you already know we carry Bumble and Bumble products and we recently added some more of their products to our stock. The Mending Shampoo and Conditioner and Quenching Shampoo and Conditioner are now in the large 1 Liter size with pumps. If you buy the Liter sizes of the Mending or Quenching shampoo and conditioner together you get a FREE Mending or Quenching complex which adds extra shine to your hair! And for summer travel convenience we carry many of our products in a 2 oz. size, which is the approved carry-on size for flying!

Environ Fair is tomorrow, Oct 24th!
We’ve packaged our raffle giveaways and started setting up for the gallery viewing. East 54 is brimming with mums and other beauties as we all prepare for the grand opening celebration. The shin-dig begins at 3pm and we’ll be giving away Davines products every thirty minutes. Stop by to see our fine art and enter the raffle. Our stylists will be on hand to provide free consultations for your fall cut and color hair trends. We’ll provide the wine while the restaurants in the plaza will have delicious samples for you to enjoy. Bring the kids as there will be a bounce house, cool cars and the much famed hot air balloon ride, or just chill out in the plaza while The Nomads play. It’s going to be a beautiful day!
